South America, Why Bolivia?
I'm confused why Bolivia a land locked nation with a small pop bad everything is the seed nation. Seems silly that it would be the one to form the nation.

Some type of niche historical reference or geopolitical thing im not aware of? Or did they just want to add difficulty into make South America? Brazil Argentina Chile Columbia, all better choices.

Probably because of Simon Bolivar, its the one nation named after him but when he formed Gran Colombia is was from Bogota. Bolivia named after him and he tried to form a unified south american country after revolution from Spain. I'm no historian but that's in layman terms without research.
Likely a reference to Simon Bolivar. Columbia who be the other logical choice as Gran Columbia was the former Spanish Colony which he lead in revolt. Assuming I am remembering correctly.

Same kind of problem with Africa and Ethiopia, really. I don't think it has much to do with their current position, and far more with what they represent (Ethiopia being the one African nation that didn't get Scrambled)

It would be pretty amusing to create a restored mongolian empire. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr0WT-3TiZ4

I mean sure
but im really doubt if aliens came to destroy the humankind, the best people would do is start to unify countries not by modern economy, military etc standards, but cuz many centuries ago thats how they roll
Sure, lets ask aliens sit down and listen our history lesson, and after they need to complete test about human history

Bolivia had been the center of a major break away state in the 19th century. I think, Mexico, Bolivia and Columbia were the big three.

There's the Peruvian Conferedation and stuff, so you can form federations with other nations. I found it super-strange that Bolivia was the one for Greater South America though.
