Ship refit and salvage feedback
Two items I think need to be reworked/modified
1. Refits - it is too restrictive. Any ship should be allowed to be refit to a newer design so long as it is the same class of ship. Making refits invalid because you change the type of weapon or such is too inefficient/resource expensive. Just make the cost higher if anything if transitioning from one type of module to a completely different type.

2. For ships that have "run out of gas" or damaged but "alive" but can't move, we should be able to build "tanker" ships that have modules for refueling and repairing a ship at least enough to allow it to get back to a dock. This kind of ship exists for sea-born navies. Why not space-born?

Oh, I'm on opposite side. I dream they keep the same with, maybe the exception of utilities. And add design flaws and props. So after building the first prototype we found the armor on this class is bulky and wheighs more, but after the first combat we understand that solutions in engine design allow it to achieve a much higher combat accelerations. And so one. It will add more personality to our designs and can make us want to keep some very successful classes for longer only refitting it to keep it good perks.
