Question about South East Asian Alliance and Indonesia
Hey everbody,

hopefully you are all kicking the aliens ass - i yielded and play with the protectorate right now, because i want to make life miserable for everybody.

Anyway - i wanted to go for the Pan Asian Super State with China all the way down to Australia. Unificated Indonesia with the Republic of the southern Cross. So far so good, started unifing Thailand with the States around them and only Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippine are left.

They are both allied to one another and i can federate them. But everytime i federate the SEAA with Indonesia the SEAA goes into the Indonesian Federation and not Indonesia into the SEAA. Am i stupid? What am i doing wrong?

Both ways have the same result - SEAA Federation with Indonesia - Goes into the Indonesian Federation. Indonesia Federation with SEAA - goes into the Indonesian Federation. I researched SEAA after Greater Austronasia - is that the Problem? I think it has something to do with the fact that the two Federations have a claim on the other capital and that ♥♥♥♥♥ with the federation-mechanic. Thanks for your Time and a nice Sunday :)

It's just a name. You can still Unify them so long as they meet the conditions of being in the same federation and having a claim on the others' capitol. For instance, you can unify Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Freistaat Union, Nordic Union, and Slavic Union without any of the component countries ever leaving the EU.

Does the Indonesian Federation has other members and SEAA not? If so - it's the only way it could work. Since the only federation in game terms is Indonesian and SEAA is just a big state - so SEAA joins existing Indonesian federation.

You legend, hes right, i just tried it and it works, its just a name in that case - probably because SEAA has a claim on Indonesia Capital but not vis versa. Thanks a lot :)
