For resitance you basically have to control the solar system, so that is a huge time investment in ships and resources
For inititave you again have to control the solar system AND the earth, again, huge investments required.
I'm not sure about the others, as I haven't played them yet.
In saying that, generating cash seems like a fairly easy one to solve, as you have multiple options available.
You can crank out boost, and build lots of geriatric facilities and space hotels
You can mine everything and sell to earth, including mass producing anti-matter or fighting aliens for exotics.
You can just sit on your laurels and build cash slowly. None of the other conditions allow for that, you have to actively pursue your goal
Basically your win conditions essentially require the same thing as the others, have a fleet large enough to control the solar system so you can exploit it for cash. All of them require a huge time investment.
This is why when i usually reach this stage of the game i quit, the game is won, but i'm not willing to spend all my time getting to that last point.
That's what I'm leaning towards anyhow - max money for selling resources, more mines, more antimatter. Someone may have more ideas too.
For me it was nanofactory around mercury.
For this you'll need :
-strong servants that can control countries
-alien administration with many countries to release
-good councillors
First step : turn over a servant councillor. With this you'll be able to see all alien facilities without the need to investigate.
Second step : invade, liberate and abandon countries from the alien administration one by one. As you liberate them, destroy each alien facility avalaible in the region, earning lots of exotics.
Third step : as time goes, the servants will retake a few countries and will build facilities in the biggest ones. Sometimes creating up to one facility per region of this country.
Fourth step : harvest the facilities.
Fifth step : the servants will try to replace the facilities in order to grant control to the aliens.
Sixth step : rince and repeat.
With this you should be able to collect something like a million per year, without even selling antimatter or other materials.
I recently researched a tech to improve selling prices but maybe there is another one I am missing or an org modifier? Like you said, I could easily up my production to 2 a year around mercury and I have enough fissiles to do so. Would not get me there on its own but in conjunction with a few other strats it would be helpful.
I had a look at the other factions and servants have around 600 exotics while the rest have none. I was trying to think how I could get them onside to trade but not sure it is possible. Unfortunately on my game all the other factions are basically dead so it might take just as long to revive them. An interesting strategy though and one I would not have thought of.
