CORSAIR iCUE users

Hi everyone!

If you are a user of the CORSAIR iCUE system, you might find the work-in-progress lighting integrations in the demo result in the lights on your keyboard/mouse not functioning. (yes, we've got some awesome lighting effects coming in the release version of the game)

To fix this, you can disable the lighting connection by going to settings > software and games > active clients and click the block button next to the running program of Terra Invicta Demo. You can find a picture here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/4406125301005-How-to-Set-up-integrations-in-iCUE-4-or-newer . Then you will play the game normally, just without special lighting effects. These directions work for version 4 or newer--please be sure you have upgraded before then. If you are on version 3 or earlier, you might need to manually update to version 4 here: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads

Same thing happens with Logitech G hub, didn't know what caused it but after reading this and disabling 'Allow games to control illumination' it got fixed.

Hi all! If you have CORSAIR, we can confirm it is now fully working with the special Terra Invicta lights when the drivers are updated.

Fantasy, it should enable automatically I think!

I have updated the drivers etc but my keyboard just turns all the lights off when ingame

That's odd, can I confirm you are on version 4 of the CORSAIR software?

Updated to newest now and still lights are just off ingame

Just to chime in with a K95 RGB Platinum:

It didn't work for me either up until this afternoon, I got lights out as well.

Now I updated to version 4.28.177 and it works!

This sounds to me like CORSAIR is still sorting out issues and updating. What I can do is ping our CORSAIR rep if people are still having issues tomorrow (reply after this to let me know) after updating to the latest they release then, to make sure they know there are still things to fix. They are great and should be able to help :)

I have Have CORSAIR K100 RGB and i use ICUE.. som how the Tilde key doesn't work in the game... any thoughts on that.. thanks
