Speed Up Modules

So is there any way other than Construction Modules to speed up building of space bases? I've got like 90-300 days, which is way too long to wait for it to start working so I can begin building more stuff.

Do you have the resources you need in order to build specific habs and modules? If you don't then you'll be forced to use boost which means that would have to come all the way from earth, hence the reason why it could be more than 300 days.

Colony ships. Essentially and I forget the part names, you get to strap a hab to a ship and fly where you want. Assuming your engines are more efficient than the junk launchers this will be quicker.

So, secretly running out without me noticing. But even when I *DO* have enough resources, it's still 120 days to build...

120 days to build what? A platform or outpost core should only be 30 days. If you're jumping straight to an orbital or something, yeah, those are big, not sure what the surprise is.


Also, stuff sometimes takes a long time in space. To a large extent you've got to cope with tasks taking months.
