Marketplace..?

I am just starting into TE, and it definitely has a lot to learn / a lot of layers to it. But one thing I cannot seem to find, is the marketplace. Its been mentioned there is a new org available in it, which id love to look into possibly pick up since i dont have any... but i have no clue WHERE the market place is or how its accessed. Is it via specific council members only or something? Ive not seen the option, so that is my best guess is I just lack an agent that has the ability.

I apologize for the rather noob question, but i dont see an answer when I was searching. I am guessing I am probably correct in my guess, which will mean im stuck waiting until i can research clandestine cells and recruit another member, but i wanted to verify.

You have to click your Councilmember profile picture and then in the bottom right there's a bunch of company icons there, that's how I access it anyway lol

Click on an agent's portrait. They are on the right third of the agent screen.

It's a common question, something that should be explained in a better tutorial.

No worries, like the others said, the tooltips and UI and the tech tree are definitely works in progress.
