Anyone knows what the prerequisites are for getting to the Covert Operations project?

go to show all tech tree then you can search for it, it is not something you can jump in to

If i remember it correctly you need quantum computers and quantum encryption tech first. This should unlock the covert ops tech

It is pretty deep in the tree.

The engineering project Covert Operations is unlocked by the global tech Quantum Encryption which needs Quantum Computing, which in turn needs Advanced Atomic Manipulation, which in turn needs both Advanced Carbon Manipulation and Photonic Computing.

Several of these are Materials global technologies so they might be overlooked at first glance if you are thinking "how can I make my computers better".
