Have an agent that can steal projects.
Do so.

At least for me, the option is always greyed out. Even if I have a turned agent in another faction.

You need intel on their research before you can steal projects from them

You can see all the projects they have, if you turn one of their agents.

It's uh. Worth noting that as far as I can tell, as of the latest version you don't actually steal their tech, so much as you acquire the ability to do the project. So if it's in your list of projects you can do, you can't steal it.

Yeah, it is misleading. Its the same as claiming as copy a game is stealing it. Its misleading, because the other fraction does still have the project. You just copy their knowledge regarding it.

You don't get finished project with this action. You make it possible to research it.
It's useful if you want something like Fission Reactor IV without researching I-III yourself.

Thank you! I was banging my head trying to steal a project I've in list instead of spending research on it ...
The mission description should be clearer
