Titan Spaceship Build?

Can someone help me out?

I researched the titanic spaceship build but it isn't in my que for "ship design" - How do I build this ship? Does it just require a spacedock or something bigger?

Nevermind, if anyone else runs into this issue - you have to research "Ships On The Line" and then you'll get it in your ship designer
