I think the AI can trigger the volcano event just like you do. But you should be informed about that. Right now, you just tak a nuclear winter out of nowhere without any explication.
A lot of things this game does is completely unexplained
I don't know how the game decides what to show you, for me, I got a notification about it on the side, no pop up, I think you get told if you have a control point in the naton it happens in. if not.... you don't?
I'd also be goo dif those other natural disaster events actually said what they did mechanically.
So there was a big wildfire in Austailia? Why should I care? what did it actually do?
Hurricane hit some small nation? Again why do i care? (maybe I should, but right now there is no way to know)
