Report a translation problem
Loosing 2 x 92% missions in a row, with each counter "roll" getting precisely 98% does not sound like a chance roll system to me. It seems very fixed under the hood. Which if that is the case, fine, but I would prefer if it was described or broken down better as a different system. Right now it seems to imply it's chance % based but it does not work out that way.
Just because the chances of something is improbably small, doesn't mean its impossible to happen.
