or am i the only one actually removing them from the map.

Someone killed a raging horde of alien megafauna in Brazil while I wasn’t looking.

The first time I saw a megafauna, it ran into a Turkish army. It was awesome to watch lol. But I suspect they are passive rather than active help, though they do go after the Servant's CPs and countries.

Was that active, or was it just attrition? I've got such a horde happening in my game, and it seems like there's not really anything that the people there can do about it since Brazil has no armies and possibly no allies with armies. But the horde is slowly dying off.

Of course I've got no idea what my counterparts are doing because I can't ID any of the agents wandering around.

It might have been attrition, though I am not sure. I tried moving a European army in, only to discover that you cannot, absent an alliance.

Pretty sure the answer is no, as the servants i've largely conquered most of the world with almost no resistance. The ai has never attempted assault the alien structures, and has never tried to fight the alien armies.

Perhaps the latter is from the fact that i'm on the edge of victory closing out the first decade.

They occasionally fight fauna if its in their territory but that's the most i've seen.

Seems to me that AI very badly assigns their counselors in later game, they waste a lot of time on protecting and going to ground etc. (I was observing AI faction's all agents with thier turned counselor). They do good at start and later they just are overwhelmed).

Only servants do good - mostly becasue of Alien agents. For example humanity first agents will focus getting control of non-important nation point, even when their valuable nations are overgrown, they almost never attack flora.

My Africa and North America are basicaly overgrown with full alien fauna (played a lot without patch). I maganged to keep Europe and Asia clean. Aliens seem to not care about Australia (no one does I guess).

Please make AI smarter.

The AI is pretty good early game and servant AI/Alien AI is decent. But once the Alien terraformong starts rolling in they don't do anything to stop it. Humanity First controlling 100% of China decided that Alien nature was actually pretty cool and let it grow wildly across Asia.

Not really, and worst sometime the IA (humanity first) wil team up with the servant to bother you (Exodus), ok i know HF don't like exodus for wanting to run away ... BUT maybe killing those alien that are invading earth should be higher on your priority list ?!?!?

Ok, I just saw an Indian army remove the Xenofauna I was going to clean up, so they do clean up the map somewhat. But you'll need an army around apparently.

I've yet to see serious problems with xenoforming, but I tend to keep my operator councilor on flamethrower duty when there isn't something more important to do.

I mean, a couple of megafauna outbreaks, but only a couple.

OTOH, it seems that the developers have been adjusting the xenoforming behavior a bunch, so depending on exactly when you played you might have seen very different events there?

Armies auto clean up things in their countries territory, thats about it.

I have noticed that the AI doesn't seem to react the the aliens that much as well. Presumably they will be patching that. I pretty much have one (and sometimes two) agents flying around the world assaulting stuff.

They do a reasonable job of managing their agents otherwise especially in the early game. In my game, Humanity First seems to love knocking off Servant agents whenever they can. I keep turning them because it is useful to know what they're doing. And then a Humanity First agent will kill them within a few months.

i think humanity first does go alien hunting, need to turn someone from them to watch them go though.

they tend to have low priority for low level xenoforming, but i swear i saw xenoforming in brazil get taken care of.

Note that the human player’s armies must be ordered to clear xenoflora, otherwise they just sit there. So even if the AI is only using it’s armies to clear it, it is not completely ignoring the problem.
