How to not lose fleets?
so at this point i think the only tactic is to mass spam ships let them be stolen by the other factions and then let them sink into despair when they go over there cap or something

so how do ya stop it?

Councilors steal your ships. Councilors have to be there to steal your ships. So don’t be where the councilors are.

I really need to get someone to sticky this. Apparently it’s insanely difficult logic, lol.

so basicly beside protecting my station i need to set up survaliance also.
i need more councilers :steamsad:

but that does not explain enemies fleets joining me out of the blue with out me stealing them

No, he means park your ships away from Earth. Earth is too close and crowded that it's like trying to watch out for someone who can randomly draw a gun and shoot you from the middle of a crowd. You're not going to have enough time to react. Park your fleets and stations out further and most importantly AWAY FROM EARTH where all the big nasty Councilors are.
Yeah I recommend keeping your fleet based at a station in a fairly moderate orbit around Luna

You can try a Lagrange point, this way there is no need for a ship to thrust up from a gravity well. Or my favorite was to build a shipyard in a parking orbit around Phobos and resupply from there. Resources come from Mars. Or build your own secret hideaway on Ceres or Vesta.

wel i can just spam them atm thanks for giving me a diffrent way of thinking about it.
stil keeping the earth shipyard to bait them and then steal there orgs and interigate them and murder them. as i havent figured out how i can turn an enemy operative as i have 2 slots for turning someone.

I'm amazed - ALL OF THE ANSWERS ARE WRONGHERE

You need to research "Operations center" Hab module before you build any ships, any huge amount of bases or anything substantial like a ship

Then dedicate your resources to building at least 3 orbital stations dedicated solely to operations center. Voila - you have your mission control

Which the AI will then flip and you end up raging as your fleet is now over cap lol.

No

First rule of mission control is you NEVER go over mission control. Ever

It's bad enough as it is - wasting an agent on protecting stations is too much.

The A.I will almost NEVER flip a station that has enough mission control. If it does - it's just bad luck, and it's easy to flip it back. Not to mention the dude mentioned he ALWAYS goes over mission control.

I'm current.y 2027, i destroyed 2 alien frigates, i've built 4 ships, i have more than half of mars, 2 bases on Luna, 5 stations.
3 of them dedicated to mission control only. None of them have been flipped. They tried once when my station control went over due to solar flare, but that's when i sent my agent to protect the station.

I dare you to post that as a topic on the forum lol, just say "My orbital habs never get flipped!" and watch all the fire and stones come your way. :steamlaughcry: Go ahead and try. lol.
