Can my HP pavilion 15 laptop run RDR2?

got the game recently, it was playable (got micro stutter) for the first few parts of the game (got to the part where the group move in to their camp near valentine) and after that the game just stutter so bad and would freeze my pc to the point i have to force shut down my pc. i have 8GB RAM, Geforce GTX 1650 and Intel i7 Core , the ingame settings are default. i did a check to find out if my specifications are enough for the minimum requirements and they do. so is there anyway i can fix this or is there anything i can tweak to improve the game performance? thanks!

You need 12gb ram at least. If lowering graphic options and resolution doesn't help, upgrade ram.
