Report a translation problem
So I found a fix. This may be something you'll have to do again, because this issue is apparently a collector's role bug.
You need to go to your documents folder, rockstar games, RDR2, Profiles, and there should be a file in there that looks like "0972D952", from there you find the "player" file and delete it.
When you go back into the game, a prompt will pop up mentioning cloud is out of synch. Click the skip all option and when you get back into the game your collector maps will work and you'll be able to harvest.
