I also believe either the Steam Halloween, Autumn, or XMas sale this game should be available but you must wait like a good cowpoke for awhile and thus only to dream of pepper jacking and good times on the range but the time shall come - keep watching.

This game goes on sale quite frequently.

I think Rockstar keeps trying to incite new players to try the online mode, since all the old players keep getting burnt out from the rampant cheating. :P
