Amount of cut scenes?

I'm not really a fan of games where there are too many cut scenes....I know that's a subjective thing but I don't want to play for 20 mins and have to watch yet another cut scene. Are they too frequent in this game, as in drastically more than the average game? The story of this game seems to be the focal point, which is why I'm asking. Story driven games typically have more scenes.

Not on the level of some Japanese games where you have to watch 10 minutes of boring nonsense without being able to skip it.

here it's worth watching and even if you don't like watching them you can skip them.
