Stuck at Hosea's Hunting mission

I get to this point in the mission where we have to set up camp and cook the rabbit and I can't progress passed this point. No matter what I do, I can't back out (I even tried setting my controls back to default).

Anyone have any ideas why this is getting stuck? I've played through this point hundreds of times on the PS4 version and never had any issues, but it's just not working on Steam for some reason. Not using any mods at the moment.
