Can we rob banks?

I tried at Valentines but not working, dinamite can't break anything. I know there is a mission but I'm the second campment so maybe I never found the bank mission in Valentine. But I mean if we can rob banks not depending on a mission.

No - can't rob banks outside of a mission.

You can rob stores, though; loot the shop owner, empty the register, steal items from shelf. There are also a few side-missions where certain businesses have a 'side-business' you can rob, which is similar to a store robbery with some scripted events. You can also rob trains.

Minor spoilers, regarding bank robbery missions; you rob the Valentine bank, but I don't think it's available until mid-Chapter 3. You might rob the Rhodes bank, but not until Chapter 4 and it requires that you own the SE / UE of the game. You also rob the Saint Denis bank at the end of Chapter 4.

I think in the online game you can at a cost though you will become wanted . Online has more freedome.
In Story no only with missions.

Yarp - one of them 'day-one DLC' type things. It's practically a side-quest and not particularly lucrative, so you can easily go without - probably why they made it *exclusive*.
