Arthur in New Austin/Blackwater

I recently finished the epilogue and the main game and is left wanting to explore more of the map. But I wanted to know if there is a mod or a way to cheat Arthur into New Austin either in Chapter 6 or in the epilogue using the glitch to be Arthur in the epilogue. As I know with the Epilogue glitch, you can’t enter those places. Unless there is a mod I couldn’t find.

Yes you can easily do that with Arthur using Mods.

There was an easy way to glitch into that area as Arthur and just use a certain wagon and time how you do things to avoid getting shot by invisible sniper in New Austin; but I'm pretty sure it doesn't work on PC anymore; only works on Console version as far as I know.
