Stuck flirting with Alden

In the mission with Trelawny in Rhodes, I keep getting stuck leaning against the post office desk after the cut scene. I've tried the mission a dozen times, verified game files, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. My graphics are on the lowest setting for my 1060 if that's the problem. I can't move, can't use any items, can't do anything. Any ideas on why this is happening?
