Not that they're any use. They have the worst support I've seen from any company. They closed 2 of my tickets without resolving my issue.
haha That is what they did to me. You cannot open another ticket as it will state "you already have a ticket". it tells you to click chat and there is no chat LOL.. when the chat button did appear it said "browser not supported"
If it is complaining about browser, etc - try another, update, try another pc.. I mean... what browser/version are you getting this error on anyway?
In case you had to close/restart a live chat, should also be able to go up to the dashboard/top right - and find your ticket/reopen a chat. Or, at least that is how it worked the last time I dealt with it. It may even 'work' to use that to bypass a browser complaint but I have my doubts.
But yes, it can be annoying to deal with.
/goodluck regardless
wow, that's too bad
Then I am going to blame the bazaar set of events to the windows platform. Windows 11 is chock full of telemetry. It isn't the first time I have had strange happenings & browser encounters - As a result, I have become a screenshot wizard.
It's time to build me a custom rig.....I want to move over to Linux, but some software and cool games keep me here. I think its time I go back and build a retro computer with 10 complete with virtual machines & Linux...
That is weird, and I am glad it worked for you, however, I don't doubt @AC Denton's story here. There is literally no chat buttons! I took screenshots of this, - (I would upload them here, but cant) and once I was able to get to the support ticket area he described, I sent them the screenshots.
Once I was able to get to the support, here is what it stated:
"Hello PixleStar, Thank you for creating a chat ticket. Make sure to hit the START CHAT button to begin chatting with an agent. We will be with you as soon as we can. Best regards, Rockstar Support"
Except literally there was no buttons!!
This statement above made the support confusing because there was literally not a working button to click. I did see a blue button on the bottom right when I was using the Brave browser--but it showed "quiq_unsupportedBrowser" (screenshotted) when I clicked it.
It was confusing, because, initially, I saw there was a place to click the options. I clicked one of them and the whole ticket I had just written turned blank. So I tried other browsers. On the other browsers, there wasn't even a the blue chat button, nothing. (screenshotted)
It could be a number of things, (I used to work help desk at one point so I know some things but I am not a dev) could be the site down, online traffic, my operating system, the browser compatibility--maybe aliens got into my computer.
So I reported this to Rockstar.. and closed the ticket and hope my shared experience here helps someone else not lose hairs like I did

Taken as of a few minutes ago (chrome btw). But yes, can be 'problematic' for some.
Far too many variables involved - some easily tested/ruled out than others.
/goodluck~
Logged out and went over to my Chrome browser and started a new ticket. The 3 buttons pictured above in your screenshots are not there, instead, initially, all you see is a black button similar looking to those in your 1st screenshot ...that says this:
How Should We Contact You?
SUBMIT WEB TICKET
< 24 Hours Estimated Response
Then, the button shows only "REPLY"
None of the other 3 buttons pictured in your shots appeared again. I went into Firefox browser and attempted a new ticket and the same. None of those 3 buttons appear, only the "reply"
Sighh..
but I say its time to get off this Win 11 laptop and build my desktop.
The buttons may not have appeared because you already had a ticket going by that point. Even if it blacked out, didn't work - it may have still made the ticket. Especially when you relog back in.
edit - Your first 'success'/progress was in brave - but it was short lived. Now it also sounds like chrome is having issues for whatever reason. At this point I'd be looking at alternatives to realize a 100% clean install - say possibly with a virtual machine/browser install, possibly using a friend's pc that is confirmed to work, another device, trying to uninstall/reinstall browsers and wipe settings back to default, possibly if a browser allows different profiles/settings, etc You got any other protections installed? You read the bottom of the 2nd screenshot?
maybe that is it then, the fact that the ticket was created (several times).. so just a glitchy browser or traffic connection that happened initially. However, my tickets are now closed so I went into chrome logged in and pretend start a new ticket.. the only option buttons I see is the one black button: How Should We Contact You?
SUBMIT WEB TICKET
< 24 Hours Estimated Response
My Chrome has no pop up blockers.. the only other "filter" I could think of is my norton virus software.. outside of that I am clueless why my experience is different.. its a mystery...BTW I do appreciate ya'lls feedback..
Weird.. in other words.. the only way I get to contact them is through the web ticket and not chat
