Did you use F12?
Open the screenshots for RDR2 rightside of screen
Place the top title on RDR2
then view on disc>> its a folder on the top right of the screenshot manager..
Opening View at the screenshots .
Highlight a screenshot then upload and view online. Make it public
Once online they appear in our profile.
In your profile screenshots place on RDR2 or game of choice.
They are already on your HDD.
If using Nvidia Ansel they are in by default, Ansel will save your screenshots in the Videos folder of you Windows user account. Each game that you take screenshots in will create a new folder in the Videos root folder, using the name of the game.

i think you have to log in to the social club website to get those

They are located in my documents Rockstar Games agree you could try getting them off Rockstar Social Club.
I found it difficult to get them so changed to F12.

They can be found here;
C:\Users\%Your Username%\Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles

Under that folder will be a folder for your account.
In that folder files that start with PRDR is the photos you've made with the camera.

Those will need to be converted into something readable.
NFI which program is best for this, but have heard you can just rename them giving them a .jpg extension that they will load in photoshop.

Best just to take screenshots rather than the in game camera/photo mode.
Just much quicker and easier.

Photo Mode > get the image how you want > when done and ready to capture it, press H to hide the camera controls HUD, then take a Steam Screenshot instead.

That way you won't have to bother with the Rockstar BS.
