Red Dead online Different Outfit

I was playing this game on Xbox One too and notice that when you create a female and go get a bounty hunter licence,the outfit that comes with it when you buy it is different then the Steam version.The Xbox One version looks like the one that the bounty hunter wears in the cut scene.Why is that and how can I create the same outfit here on steam version?

ScreenShots would be good in order to see what you are talking about cause the Bounty Outfits have a Rank Version.

I found the answer,it was called The Blackrose Bounty Hunter Outfit and it came wiith the Ultimate Edition and I have the standard one.

Just searched for it & i would prefer the one i already have cause of how it looks imo
