how to turn off "low VRAM memory" warning ?
I haven't played for a long time, and come back to this super annoying popup - no, by the way mr.game, I AM not low on VRAM, you are lying - because I have 1-2 GB VRAM free and I DONT CARE if I am close to the limit anyway.

Is there a way to at least toggle off/on this annoying popup??

Check your graphics settings as they show how much Vram is being used. I guess lol
See the graphics on the left look there. This is from an old gpu

Just wait until your game starts telling you that you have 0 MB of VRAM (in total). Then you won't even be able to change any settings.

None of that helped me. I have 8 gigs in this machine and using 4 and still get that warning after a while of playing. Restarting the pc/game gets rid of it but it seems that over time it just comes back. When I say a while it usually happens after 4 hours or more of it being on.

Use DX12 mode apparently fixes this instead of vulcan?

There is a nexus mod which disables this annoying warning (for story mode ofc).

Thanks for your help, but I kind of want to just shut it off and ignore it, even if I have things 'up too high' in the game's calculations heh

It's funny, Rockstar had a thing to 'ignore settings' in a past game...

Thanks for that - if nothing else works I'll try that (if it disables achievements, I'd rather not, just for fun tho)

Thank you for all the helpful input, everyone!
