So hackers roam online freely now?

I installed the game after a year of absence.
While loading in, I went afk to get something.
Came back, and a hacker had spawn a cage around me, with a lion outside it.
(I think he tried to put the lion in the cage, but failed horribly)
When I shot the lion, the hacker blocked my weapon inventory.

To sum this up... 1 years absence, first 5 minutes and I get a hacker.
Rockstar? WTF are you doing?

I know how to. But that kind of ruins the whole point of "online", and I could just play storymode, which I don't because single player doesn't interest me the slightest :P

I suggest to flod the support with cheat tickets so they can make a patch to solve this crash to desktop due to modders. Is the only way to solve this, just like they did a patch and solved for a coupple of weeks.
