Get the dll from techpowerup website, unzip then copy to root folder of RDR2 when it asks hit change overwrite. It is actually simple to do.
Some people on reddit say it is better than previous version and %100 better than AMD FSR 2.2.
Dunno I havent tried the fishing but people say it is better than amd fsr 2.2 and better than the previous build.
DLL is signed by NVIDIA itself, it isn't some random dll lying around, so game recognizes as official dll which is so ban is highly unlikely.
There is no consequence to updating the DLL file with RDR2. Many people have done this already, including myself.
Do you have a GPU that supports DLSS?
