my point is you literally said "the only thing that can save you" and you're posting a guide that looks like it was made in 1996, when there's a an objectively better solution out there - and has been out there - for years
Online mode removes pretty much all the selling points of the game. The primary one being that you can't respond positively/negatively to NPC's, which means you can't bluff your way past police.
Don't play in Public Sessions; it's that simple really.
