Hi,
you can do a misk between a recomended video above to play alone in some missions to progress in level, gold and money.
And change in real player with cheaters (hacks).
If you see cheaters in a section ... change the online to the new one.
I do this some times.

Why even play online at all?

Online mode removes pretty much all the selling points of the game. The primary one being that you can't respond positively/negatively to NPC's, which means you can't bluff your way past police.

Rockstar have abandoned this game along time ago there wont be any fixes your best choice is private session if you really want to play online.

Don't play in Public Sessions; it's that simple really.
