Does the game have any moderation?

I have a player on my server using a hack, Unlimited Health, Spawns in Animals and NPC's, Teleports around etc etc. He's been reported by several people, and still after 2 hours, he's still harassing people.

I just got the game, is this how it is, a ffa cheater show? Should i refund it?
Playing it onn Epic client at moment but nowhere to really inquire about state of the game over there.

Not really. It's also likely that the mod they use may prevent those in-game reports from being submitted. As such, you can try reporting them through Rockstar Support, but i doubt their response will be timely (much less guaranteed).

Others here would suggest that you make your own private session (requires mods). I'd suggest just not playing for a bit and come back after that modder gets bored, though there's always another modder...

Thanks. I guess ill look into a private lobby then. Unless these mods not allowed too. If so ill just refund the game, i dont see much point with it since they just dogpile on people from across map when they're doing missions and deliveries.

rdr lobby manager on nexusmods works. it creates a lobby that only you or people with the code can join

The best way, is to create your own private server, i did it and im playing with my girfriend without cheaters etc..

If you bough this game for the multiplayer it is obvious you did zero research into this game. This game is popular because of it amazing single player mode.
