everyone turns hostile and shoots at me in van horn and annesburg
title says it all, the second anyone sees me in any of these towns every single NPC immediately turns hostile and opens fire on me, I have no idea why or what's causing it

I do, but once I get into town all of the civilians go insane, start shooting at not only me but each other too, and it becomes a complete war zone
