No you WON'T get banned for using RedM servers . . .

Rockstar supports the use and development of RedM, here's a post from their own site about it, - they're approved servers, and the mods are for those servers only.

(obviously using other mods in online mode that are meant only for story mode can still result in a ban, so remove any you have installed before going in online mode)
