Since at beginning of game you have a pistol and a sawed off shotgun ... its probably best to skin 3 deer right off the bat this gives you the holster for the shotgun ...
Actually decent and nice looking equipment can be bought from the gun shot dude he sells a nice looking imo side holster, belt, and bandolear... spelling ... this cost money but ya don't have to do the challenges ..
Perhaps the coolest equipment is the black stuff gotten by being a criminal ... robbing so many people stores etc... The problem with this is it messes up your honor which may be a concern and also you can't even complete or do much of the challenges until you progress in the story and are able to sell horses or rob stage coaches or something .. I forgot but its something like that ...
And then some of the challenges are really stupid you have to kill two different species with one shot to progress so you need a special dead eye capability and you have to go on the internet to figure out how to do this .. which basically involves going to the swamp and lining up two different birds and blasting them ..
So what you're telling me is that all teams are the same, it's just that each one's style varies and that's it? And according to you, the equipment they give us when completing the bandit/criminal challenges is the coolest
Wow... well, the truth is that each team is different, I did notice that, but I thought that one of them would give you more advantage than the rest
Is there anything else I should know about this or is that all?
Yes they are all just cosmetics.
However when you unlock and apply a full completed set, that is how you upgrade your Health, Stamina, or DE towards the max. You can't unlock the maximum until you play as John.
As I said in this post I have 3 completed challenges called "rider, born marksman and weapons expert"
and was completing the challenge missions called "bandit" or criminal (however you want to say it)
When you said: "You can't unlock the maximum until you play as John"
Do you mean that if I continue with the game's challenges, I will reach a point where the game won't let me do the other challenges? (I understood it that way) or what exactly do you mean bro?
