error 7002.1

i cant play the game from steam and when i try to launch it the rockstar games launcher opens and says "This Rockstar Games account does not contain Red Dead Redemption 2. Make sure you are using the correct account and try again. Code: 7002.1" AND THERE IS NO VIDEO THAT SHOWS THE PROBLEM

I'm having this exact issue, just bought RDR2 and every time I try to launch it I get this error from R* game launcher. No idea how to fix it.
