when rdo week reset?

i know gta 5 is thursday somewhere at 10am eet (for me)
but what about rdo? im new to online. and its the same hour?

It's Tuesday, sometime in the early am but not sure about an exact hour (I'd guess 1am EST).

... tho there isn't much that goes on so-far-as weekly updates for RDO. The only two things I'm aware of: the 'Featured Series' gets updated weekly, and there's a low-key reward for accomplishing a random goal (relating to the monthly event) within each given week.

Otherwise, you have all the collectibles for the Collector resetting daily at 7pm EST, and the Daily Challenges reset 6 hours later at 1am EST, and then you have monthly events that last either 4 or 5 weeks from a month's first Tuesday through the following month's first Monday.
