For the online I think it was worth it. You start with a few cool extra weapons, a nice racing horse and some other goodies. If you got the coin, go for the ultimate.
Just keep in mind online version in Jan 2025 is not being moderated so cheating is rampant and out of control.
Not quite understanding your question, but all game versions have the exact same content, except the Ultimate gives you some goodies to start off a little better both in the single player and the online version.
Game is a masterpiece in every sense, get it.
Single story is worth it buying . you can even mod it to your likeness .
