Clothing mods not working (FIX!)

Hello! So Im new to the modding world and new to steam. When I downloaded the white clothes (search white and scroll down) they never show up, and neither do any clothes mods. I know I can mod because I have a 1911 that works, but the clothing mods dont.
anyone know why?

Edit: I fixed it easily by renaming my STREAMING file to stream. if you have the same problem as me then do that for your clothing mods!

Scripthook and .asi - loader (depending on your mods) are one thing to be installed correctly, but for clothing-modifications you might need some online-content-unlocker too
(if those clothes are not standard in singleplayer)

read the mod description carefully, maybe there is some extra requirement-file missing.

If you got a Lenny Mod Loader. try to install ScriptHook.
Its helps for me.

ive already downloaded both the LML AND SH. But i think the probl4em is i dont have a stream folder but a streamer folder
