Game is crashing constantly
Is anybody having issues with the game constantly crashing? This is my first time ever playing and I'm completely vanilla. I have a Ryzen 7 7700x and a 7800xt and I can only play for about 10 min before it crashes.

run it in vulkan
On my second play through. 300+ hours. No issues first play. Now, 20 hours in and the game constantly crashes. Sometimes at launch, others after awhile. I am close to rage quitting. Vulcan or dx12 doesn't matter. Verify game files. nope. WTF New computer, AMD system with 7900xt am5. I am running low settings and the game just freezes. I hate the damn launcher. I don't play online; Why do they need to run the launcher in the background. I guess it's something to do with the amd drivers. End task and you have to manually stop game in steam. These issues should be long taken care of.
Which Mod Launcher are you using could be mod dependencies crashing the game. Do you have mods installed.
And also check script hook v Version your using and up date it.

I'm running vanilla
The same is happening with my game. Sometimes it even crashes in the configuration menu, it simply freezes for one to two minutes and closes. I've tried everything on the internet and nothing.
Got myself 7800xt 3 months ago and i have the same issue used DDU didn't work reinstall windows 11 doesn't work tried to rollback the drivers still the same issue lowered the monitor to 120hx from 165hz NOPE even droppedthe resolution still same thing tried vulcan or dx12 still nothing game still crashes but interesting i've never had that issue with my RTX gpu's so this has to be with radeon gpu's or even 7800xt i will never buy amd gpu ever again now i know why nvidia is in top 10 in steam chart

I was playing on a second monitor and it was crashing as early as the title screen. I'd get a little further into the game and it crash again.

The game was using a secondary GPU (USB C port) and was at 99% usage continuous. In the game under settings under graphics there's an option to switch GPU, did that and now it's running off my primary at 30% usage.

**UPDATE** This one change seems to have fixed my crashing problem.

My game keeps crashing too.

I try to restart it with a new game and the cut scene starts but then the game itself stutters, freezes and crashes fully.

Got 4080 super, same problem mate.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, got to the end of the cut scene and then game this time around just froze up. Unplayable and it makes me so sad because it is one of my favorite games.
