Is L.A.W better than Crime law?
They are similar. CaLR is just different and a great improvement upon originally implemented crime system by R* (like an overhaul). LAW on the other hand is more of a tweak that extends original system -- lawmen reaction to crimes, interesting dispatch system -- and removes some bullshoot like instant spawn of lawmen + logical distribution of lawmen -- cities/regions/wilderness -- so there is objectively more/less risk of committing a crime without involvement of lawmen based on region you are committing the said crime in.
