Optiscaler FSR 4

It works well with this game use the nightly update and rename dll to winmm.dll set the quality mode to 1 so its FSR AA

vulkan or dx12? I can't get the menu to open, it only opens if I have TAA/etc disabled, which means it does nothing lol.

How did you manage to get it to work? I`ve installed the latest nightly (20250318) with winmm.dll, installed Fakenvapi and every time I switch to FSR in the Settings, the game crashes back to desktop.

have to enable dlss in settings, make sure its in fullscreen borderless disable vsync no triple buffering you can also set the upscaler to fsr31 in the optiscaler.ini interacting with the imgui is sometimes crashy

I am trying to do it on 9070 XT and no matter if i use spoofed dxgi.dll or fakenvapi i cant get rdr2 to display DLSS options for me

1) afaik you need winmm.dll, 2) have you used DLSS-enabler? Some guides/videos omit this for some reason. If you're having issues I'd look there first

Edit: Also it may be that on amd it swaps via the fsr in-game setting rather than dlss for framegen? I'm on nvidia so no clue. Also as the first guy said, make sure you're on dx12

i also had to use dlss enabler just get rid of the nvngx.ini its depreciated now if you install nightly optiscaler on top of it

same ♥♥♥♥ is happening to me, everytime i swithch fsr 2 on in game settings the game crashes to desktop. I am using rx9070 XT, fakenvapi and optiscaler. In AC Shadows it worked smooth like a butter, but in RDR 2 I am struggling 2 hours to get it work

Wasn't able to get it working on my 9070XT, used these steps:
- Set ingame settings to 1920x1080 fullscreen, no vsync , no triple buffering, set rendering to DirectX12.
- OptiScaler installer batch file with options winmm.dll, AMD card and Try to use dlss inputs.
- Installed Fakenvapi and Nukem's
- Set OptioScaler.ini to nofsr and fsr31 for directx 12.

Anyone else got it working and how exactly?
