Hair Tonic not in inventory
Bought 10 hair tonics but didn't show up in my inventory/satchel

I'd check the "Kit" tab of the satchel. Ironically (frustratingly) it doesn't show up under the "Tonic" tab, and it can't be accessed through the item wheel. Though I'd imagine it should also show up under the "Recent" tab, assuming you purchased it recently...

Press TAB, then go to ITEMS tab, choose desired tionc.
