Rdr2 seems to run the same as black flag on my pc which runs really well.
Go to pc game benchmark thingy and insert your specs or download the program. Also i'd look up games that run to compare.
I also searched up some videos to boost performance and fps and those worked a ton so I'd give em a try.
I also have AC black flag and it runs WAYY better than rdr2.
2) The game needs significantly more storage space than 29GB's.
You do need an SSD to really run the game properly. You should have 500gb minimum for storage available and if you have more than 2 or 3 aaa games 1tb of free space on nvme ssd is essential. This is above your operating system and other applications storage requirements.
If you only play rdr2 and nothing else maybe 250gb available storage. You do not want to completely fill your available storage or applications and your operating system will not run correctly or cause slow downs and stuttering.
Buy a gpu and more storage you will have much smoother gaming and computer use experience.
set everything to low and switch to Vulkan, then adjust everything to your liking but do not touch anty-aliasing
