How do I track what chapter I'm at?
I need it to make sure I dont miss those 4 missable achievements. NEVER played this gem before and I'm on some sort of grind for all those games I left behind in the past years cause I was too busy in some multiplayer trash. Back to achievement hunting ^^

Two ways:
After loading your save, open the game's menu (Esc on PC), click progress, click Story, and you'll see each chapter you've completed / started. You could also select them and see all missions / how well you did / chance to replay them.
Or, open your journal (hold J on PC), and page back until there's something you can 'Read' (Space-Bar on PC), and the 'title' of the page should be your 'home base' - ex; if your gang's hideout is still Horseshoe Overlook, that'd mean you're currently in Chapter 2.

For real man MMo's and live service games wrecked my achieve hunting on all platforms.

Yeah I'm very happy of the time spent on some games (years and years, TENS OF THOUSANDS hrs) but even gaming 8 to 10 hrs per day isnt enough nowaday cause there are so many titles and most of them have season pass to grind on too. I just accepted to stop going crazy on some stupid online games and will take my time on single players, I'll go for the experience AND the achievements just as collectibles.
