[Mod Support] Weapon replacement mods not working, any fixes?

I'll get straight to the point, I've been trying to get a couple of weapon replacement mods to work for a while and I'm having zero luck as the game will always refuse to load whenever one of them is active. I get about as far as 3-4 of the loading screen images before the game stops responding. The list of mods I have running is fairly short at about 5-10 or so (CERR, Red Dead Offline, All Items Menu and a basic trainer being the most notable), so I'm kind of stumped as to why this keeps happening.

Even when disabling every other mod except for weapon replacements, I continue to get this issue which only puzzles me even more. I don't suppose anyone out there has had any luck getting these kinds of mods to work and is willing to share how? It's not a massive problem since the game will work perfectly fine without them, it'd just be nice to try out at least one of them for a change.
