Click on the Library.
Right-click on the Red Dead Redemption 2 and choose Properties.
Choose to verify the integrity of the game file.
I'd also suggest re-installing the Rockstart launcher, logging into it with the account you linked, then go try after verifying files and updating the rockstar launcher.
Already did that. (2 times already), yet they still result in the stalling. And no, Reinstalling doesn't work. I have a slow as ♥♥♥♥ Flash drive that takes forever to "Reserve space," But also it takes 4 hours just to INSTALL THE DANG THING. It's just a waste of time.
Please try and find different solutions.
I'm poor.
-> Check for updates
2. Set API from Vulkan to DX12, most system specs have proms with Vulkan.
-> Can be found in the settings under Graphics, advanced or in system.xml
Open system.xml with notepad
Change following string <API>kSettingAPI_Vulkan</API>
into <API>kSettingAPI_DX12</API>
3. Set the audio format of your audio output device lower as 32 Bit recommed 16 Bit, settings of your OS. It prevents endless loading screens.
Uh... I may have deleted my Red Dead Redemption 2 settings files. Anyway to regenerate them? I'm a bit slow and decided to delete it for no good reason.
