Exit pursued by a bruised ego Stable Glitch

Anyone know how to fix the stable glitch in this quest? Arthur gets off the horse and its just stuck like that

So I found my problem was the no black lines mod for cutscenes.

Once I removed it the cutscene worked.

Is there another way round this without removing the mod?

Pressing F11 disables bars and starts the quest

yeah when ya finish the quest just hit F11 again to turn back on
