Hi,

i just installed the game and i cant start it.. it says "Failed to initialize critical data." i just bought the game. i have also verifyed the game files and still same issue.

that´s a common issue. Try this: quit the rockstar launcher->Press Windows+R->type appdata into the command prompt->go to the local folder->delete the Rockstar folder. Then verify the game files again.

Then it's possibly the Rockstar library service.
Press Win+R->type services.msc into the commamd prompt->search for the Rockstar Games Library Service, right click 'properties'->change the startup mode from manual to automatic->click start, then apply or OK->restart your PC

I have a problem with the Social Club Launcher, the RDR2 does not start me and in the social club launcher it tells me that "this function is not available at the moment"...
I did everything Rockstar support told me and technically that's not what's going on. (Fun fact, GTA V works perfectly but RDR2 doesn't)(social club launcher detects me as RDR ONLINE .__.)

Launch the game thru your AMD launcher not Steam

Works, if Rockstar Launcher is open you can start the game trought Steam.

idk, i just launch the rockstar launcher first than play trought steam...
