Doverhill absurd glitch [SOLVED]

Whenever i get near Doverhill my game starts getting glitches like: not respawning animals, not loading textures, not being able to use any menus. To make things worse, if i try to start Marko Dragic sub-mission in Doverhill, it just keeps loading. This also ♥♥♥♥♥ up my saves for some reason. I can't find a solution online, seeking help here.

Never had any problem like this before, also not using any mods, cheats or anything else, just playing the vanilla game.

Excellent.

When you see the Doc - you need a Thunderstorm at night, but the game is very gracious in providing one at the appropriate time. The storm is epic. Enjoy it.

The game will also provide The Roanoke Ridge Cougar - soooooo... be vigilant and alert...lol
