Black border on fullscreen

When i play on 4k resolution i have black borders on my screen.they werent there before they just popped up.They go away when i change it to 1080 p but i want to playt in 4k. Any advice ?

The game and the monitor must be at the same resolution.

Settings/Graphics
The game resolution is clearly marked near the top of the page.
If the game and the native monitor are the same resolution there won't be a border for Windowed Borderless, or Fullscreen. Windowed will have the customary Border around the window.
