One other major factor in how Graphics might turn out for you (this part will differ per Screen Res and also per your Display) is the TAA. This should always be set to High and then set the Image Sharpness to at least half way, which would translate to a setting of 2.00 ~ The lowest being 1.00 and the highest being 4.00
Textures = Ultra
TAA = High
TAA Image Sharpness = 2.00
Is basically what you want for any GPU while running the game @ 900p, 1080, 1200p
If your GPU is good enough to be able to do 1440p/60 FPS or higher, then you may need to adjust the TAA Sharpness.
This is keeping in mind you don't want to compress anything further by using DLSS/FSR.
Rock* hides the poor ground textures under the geass which looks even worse at anything below ultra
